Remote Support is assistance we can instantly provide without sending an Engineer to visit your premises and is offered daily from 8am to 8pm.

Our Remote Support help can be provided in a number of ways such as by calling our landline or mobile telephones, email, using MSN or Windows Live Messenger instant messaging system or by using Skype.

If your support requires “hands-on” assistance, in most circumstances and only with your authorisation, our Technical Support Engineers are able to offer immediate help over the Internet through the use of our Remote Access software.

Using the latest technology, we can control your keyboard and mouse remotely to provide an immediate response to the majority of problems. You can watch the action on screen so you stay in control and save money on costly call outs.

Customers with regular support requirements may prefer to arrange for unlimited Technical Support which is offered with our All inclusive IT Support and Maintenance Service Contracts.
