Affordable call out IT Support for Business
Business customers not wishing to commit to a fixed cost annual contract can choose to use our services on a pay as you go basis, a perfect solution if your usual IT expert is unavailable.
All pay as you go labour fees for onsite technical support including desktop PC, Server and laptop computer repair, computer upgrades, cabled and wireless LAN network configuration, virus removal, data recovery, data migration, programming services and IT consultancy are charged at only £30 per hour.
Furthermore, as service fees are only charged in 15 minute increments pro rata after the first full hour, you will never pay more than you should!

Solving your problem remotely by telephone, email or by logging in to our remote desktop access system so we can control your PC while you watch, may not be as expensive as you imagine. We only charge £20 per incident.
